Creative facilitation for young people
We help young people explore issues that matter to them and turn their ideas into campaigns, resources and creative work they can feel ownership of.
What will you receive?
A planned and facilitated workshop or series of sessions, followed by the agreed creative output. This could be a youth-led campaign, film, publication, artwork or digital resource, with opportunities for participants to shape and review its development.
Who is it for?
Youth services, schools, charities, public bodies and community organisations that want young people involved in shaping a project, message or decision.
How does it help?
You gain insight directly from young people and a finished outcome grounded in their experiences. Participants have different ways to contribute, develop ideas and see their input take shape.
How does it work?
We agree the purpose and scope with your organisation, then guide participants through reflection, idea development and creation. Our approach draws on the Lundy Model: Space, Voice, Audience and Influence. Together, we plan how young people will contribute, who will hear their views and how they will receive feedback on what their involvement has changed.
Creative facilitation for adults
We bring teams and community groups together to explore experiences, develop a shared direction and create something meaningful.
What will you receive?
A planned and facilitated workshop or series of sessions, with materials and activities tailored to your group. Depending on the brief, outputs can include shared themes, an agreed creative direction, a campaign, publication, film or collaborative artwork.
Who is it for?
Workplace teams, charities, community groups and public bodies looking to involve people in a project, gather perspectives or develop ideas together.
How does it help?
A structured process gives people room to contribute and helps your organisation understand what matters to the group. We turn those contributions into a clear direction and, where included, a finished creative piece you can use or share.
How does it work?
We start with your objectives and the needs of the group. We then guide participants through three stages: Reflect, Develop and Create, using conversation and accessible creative activities. If production is part of the brief, PB Studio develops the agreed outcome with opportunities for participant feedback.

Our 3 step facilitation process:
1. Reflect
We guide your group through conversation and creative activities to explore their experiences, share perspectives and identify what matters to them.
2. Develop
Together, we build on those insights, explore ideas and agree a direction that reflects the group’s voice and your project’s purpose.
3. Build
We turn the agreed ideas into a campaign, film, publication or artwork, keeping participants involved as the finished piece takes shape
